It is the night before we leave California. I guess it is time to wax nostalgic - but we both are just anxious to leave. It has been a long, LONG day of packing and we just put about 6 cubic feet of garbage out on the street. Sammie has a tummy ache from her In and Out Burger - but she is passed out on our living room floor. Lucas fell fast asleep. We had a hectic but nice last couple of weeks. We all got to see pretty much everyone we knew and say goodbye. Tomorrow we will leave as soon as we can and will stay the night in Barstow and then on to the Grand Canyon.
